Daily Template Populating These Graphs
Každodenná šablóna kresliaca tieto grafy

The user only has to fill in one page like this for every day (for every 24 hours) of his/her life. The start and end of each activity is entered in numbers in the fields above. For example, in the first line, SL, the user might enter -1 and 7 for sleep between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. All the graphs above (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) are immediately and automatically adjusted and drawn by the software in real time as the user enters numbers in the above, single sheet in the course of the day.
Stačí, keď užívateľ vyplní iba tento jeden vyššie uvedený štatistický hárok za každý deň (každých 24 hodín) svojho života. Začiatok a koniec každej činnosti stačí uviesť v políčkach tohto formulára. Napríklad v prvom riadku SL môže užívateľ vyplniť čísla -1 a 7 pre spánok medzi 23:00 a 7:00. Softvér všetky vyššie uvedené grafy (denné, týždenné, mesačné a ročné) okamžite automaticky aktualizuje a prekresľuje v reálnom čase podľa čísel, ktoré užívateľ v priebehu dňa vkladá do vyššie uvedeného, jediného formulára.
